PulseHosting was established by two ex customers of the web hosting industry with the goal of providing low cost web hosting services, whilst maintaining a level of customer service that many larger (and much more expensive) hosts fail to achieve.We believe that one of the most important aspects of customer service is transparency.
In our experience, the most important thing for a client is that they know what's going on. Keeping clients in the dark about current or potential problems is a sure way to rapidly loose your client base.
To that end, we use a dedicated status area to keep current and potential clients informed of any current or future problems with our network. We believe that we are almost unique in the web hosting industry in allowing both clients and potential clients to see a list of all our problems. But, we also believe that you, the client, would much rather be informed about what's going on, than to just be told "It's down. We're fixing it.".
