It might be that you're planning to offer free downloadable vidoes of Serge, the Puppy Seal Of Death, in which case you're gonna need lots of bandwidth (because everyone loves Serge). Or maybe you want a fancy database and .NET capabilities to run your shiny Serge Massacre Tracker. What ever your plans are, you'd probably like a hosting plan that has all the bits you really want, but that doesn't force you to pay for the bits you know you'll never use.
